After quite few months I didn't write a post on this blog, this Tausug favorite food incited me to share something special to you folks. 

Yes, it is a sea urchin filled with rice. Wanna try it? The method is easy and simple. All you have to do is buy some raw sea urchin in the market. Then do the following:

• Clean the spines with hard object e.g. flat rock or any rough surface object.
• Open the mouth then clean the dirt inside with water except the roe.
• Fill half of it with cleaned rice.
• Get banana or coconut leaves to use as cover of the mouth.
• Boil until the rice is cooked. 
• The water should at least level the sea urchin.  

The roes would permeate the rice and it is delicious to eat even without viand. Try it!
